Associate Attorney For Litigation Claire Linden Los Angeles Probate Attorneys

Claire Linden, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Claire earned her J.D. from UC Law San Francisco, back when it was still called UC Hastings. During her time there, she rolled up her sleeves in a range of public interest roles—from supporting the City Attorney of LA’s Cannabis Litigation team to advocating for seniors through Bet Tzedek’s Elder Law Department.

Claire’s dedication didn’t go unnoticed—she picked up honors for her work with the UCSF Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic for Seniors. She also found time to take on leadership and editorial roles, serving as Treasurer for both the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the Association for Youth Advocates.

In addition, she served as a staff editor for the Journal of Gender and the Law. Before law school, she studied English and History at Boston University—two disciplines that sharpened her research and storytelling chops early on.

Before joining Los Angeles Probate Attorneys, she kicked off her legal career handling workers’ compensation cases. First as a law clerk, then as an associate attorney, she represented self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and corporations in defense litigation.

When she’s not working, Claire leans into her role as the fun older sister. She spends time with her younger siblings, takes long walks with her rescue dog, and cares for two hamsters she found on the roadside. She’s also known for throwing great dinner parties—good food, good company, zero pretense.

We are on a a mission at Los Angeles Probate Attorneys to provide exceptional services and client satisfaction.
