Daniel Weiner is a dual-qualified attorney, licensed in both the United States and the United Kingdom, and serves clients from his San Diego office. He works closely with individuals and families throughout California, helping them make confident decisions around trust administration and estate planning.
Dan brings clarity to the process, helping clients at Los Angeles Probate Attorneys protect what matters most and shape plans that reflect their long-term goals and values. His areas of focus include estate planning, minimizing estate taxes, planning for loved ones with special needs, and safeguarding assets in anticipation of Medi-Cal needs.
Before launching his firm, Dan built a decade-long legal career at top-tier global firms, including Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. His clients ranged from global investment banks to Fortune 500 companies.
Dan also contributed to the evolving landscape of cryptocurrency law, advising on pioneering deals and earning a byline in the International Financial Law Review. He completed his legal studies at The University of Birmingham and earned an LLM from Duke Law School.
Originally from London, Dan relocated to the U.S. in 2017. Today, he lives in Southern California with his wife, who hails from Texas, and their two young children, Aiden and Emma.
